Coconut Mojito


A light twist on the classic mojito that's prefect for a hot summer.

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Coconut Water
  • 2 oz Soda Water

  1. Lightly muddle mint, sugar and lime in chilled Collins glass.
  2. Add rum, coconut water and top with soda water.
  3. Serve with straw.

Salty Bird


A complex tropical tiki drink that perfectly balances bitter, sweet, sour and salty.

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 pinch of Salt

  1. Add all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Irish Maid


A delightfully refreshing drink that elegantly combines Irish whiskey with cucumber and elderflower.

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 slices of Cucumber

  1. Muddle cucumber slices in shaker.
  2. Add remaining ingredents with ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into chilled glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with cucumber slice.

Espresso Martini


A modern classic that will wake you up and fuck you up.

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 dashes of Orange Bitters

  1. Add all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

New York Sour


Something special happens when you take a classic whiskey sour and add your favorite wine on top.

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2 oz Red Wine

  1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into shaker with ice and shake until chilled and frothy.
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
  3. Slowly pour red wine over back of spoon to float wine on top of drink.

Painkiller


The updated and upgraded pina colada designed to relieve your deepest of pains.

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg

  1. Add all ingredients into shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg and pineapple wedge.
